Kate Emmerich joins as Vice President of Client Success, Tom Kuhne as Vice President of Business Development, and Jessica Leising as Director of Marketing & Communications
MADISON, WI (October 17, 2017) – Avid® Ratings, a leading customer satisfaction provider, announced today the addition of three new seasoned professionals to join its management team. As Vice President of Client Success, Kate Emmerich will help lead the Client Success team and work with key accounts, Tom Kuhne, Vice President of Business Development, will help drive, lead, and build the business development team across the United States and Canada, while Jessica Leising’s role as Director of Marketing & Communications will lead the company’s overall marketing strategy and execution.

Before joining Avid, Emmerich was Senior Client Services Manager at Oracle and was responsible for the retention of 500 General Contractors and directing the efforts of the retention team. At Textura Corporation, she was Director of Client Services, serving as Product Stakeholder and Subject Matter Expert. Previous to that she was Director of Client Services at GradeBeam. She holds a BA in Communications from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Kuhne was Digital Sales Manager for Wisconsin at YP.com (The Real Yellow Pages) previous to joining Avid Ratings, where he managed and built a team of 13 reps across the Appleton, Madison, and Milwaukee markets. He was responsible for sales, product training, and personal development for sales reps. Before that, he was Internet Sales Manager at YP prior to being promoted to Digital Sales Manager, where he led all internet product sales for 20-plus sales reps. Kuhne holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater.

Leising’s previous experience includes developing and executing marketing and communication strategies and brand awareness campaigns. Prior to starting at Avid, she was responsible for marketing and communications at GOEX Corporation, a southern Wisconsin manufacturing company. Before that, she spent 13 years with General Electric in their Healthcare and Capital divisions. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Phoenix.
